Beginner Beyond Barre
Work out like a ballerina! Beyond Barre class includes barre exercises to firm the thighs and lift the seat combined with arm-toning work for that long, lean dancer look.
Going beyond barre means we start with a cardio dance to fire up our bodies and lead into our routine. .Then it’s on to Floor work for abs & legs, Resistance band, light weights and finally the barre OR, a chair for deeper leg work. You’ll end up glowing, graceful and toned!
