Rental Options and pricing

If you're looking for a great place to hold your next party, special event, class or workshop, or just need practice space, visit SwingTime Ballroom! We have a variety of spaces available to accommodate groups from six to 100 at affordable rates, and we offer floor time rentals as well.

Our Main Ballroom can hold up to 100 people. Chairs and tables are provided and decorations are welcome. Rental costs are $100/hour with a three hour minimum. Our Secondary Ballroom fits up to 50 comfortably and costs only $50/hour with a one hour minimum. Special rates maybe available for non-profit and volunteer groups.

Event hosts are welcome to bring food and drink for their events, and DJ and dance instruction services can also be arranged. While SwingTime Ballroom has a BYO policy on alcoholic beverages please note that the studio assumes no responsibility for food or alcohol at events and that all required permits are the sole responsibility of the event hosts.

Instructors may like our Small Studio - ideal for smaller workshops and classes - which fits up to six couples and rents for just $20/hour.

Dancers may also rent shared floor time in the large studios at just $10/hour.
